**Contexte :** À utiliser pour raconter une expérience gastronomique passée dans une conversation cultivée ou un récit de voyage.

**Note de grammaire :** Point : participe présent composé (gérondif passé). Explication : 'Ayant séjourné' exprime une action antérieure à l'action principale. C'est le participe présent de l'auxiliaire 'avoir' + participe passé de 'séjourner'.

**⚠️ Piège à éviter :** Ne pas confondre avec le participe présent simple. 'Ayant séjourné' indique que le séjour est terminé et antérieur à la découverte. 'Séjournant' indiquerait une simultanéité. Attention à l'accord : 'ayant' reste invariable.
