**Note de grammaire :** Point : conditionnel après 'dans l'hypothèse où'. Explication : Cette locution conjonctive exprime une hypothèse et est suivie du conditionnel (ici 's'aggraveraient'), contrairement à 'si' qui prend l'imparfait pour exprimer une condition.
