**Contexte :** À utiliser chez un fromager, au marché ou lors d'un repas pour recommander vivement à quelqu'un de déguster un fromage au bon moment de maturation.

**Note de grammaire :** Point : subjonctif présent après 'il faudrait que'. Explication : le conditionnel 'il faudrait' suivi de 'que' exige le subjonctif ('goûtiez'). Cette structure exprime une suggestion atténuée, plus douce que 'il faut que vous goûtiez'.

**⚠️ Piège à éviter :** Ne pas dire 'trop mûr' pour un fromage (anglicisme de 'too ripe'). En français, on dit 'trop fait' pour un fromage qui a dépassé son point optimal d'affinage.
