**Contexte :** À utiliser dans une réclamation écrite pour signaler que le produit livré est différent de celui présenté en ligne.

**Note de grammaire :** Point : participe présent 'figurant'. Explication : le participe présent remplace ici une proposition relative ('qui figure'). Il s'accorde jamais et se termine toujours par '-ant'.

**⚠️ Piège à éviter :** Ne pas confondre le participe présent invariable 'figurant' avec l'adjectif verbal qui peut s'accorder. Ici, c'est bien un participe présent car il exprime une action.
