**Contexte :** Phrase utilisée pour expliquer à un proche ou à un autre professionnel de santé la recommandation médicale reçue lors d'une consultation.

**Note de grammaire :** Point : infinitif après 'afin de'. Explication : 'afin de' (but, finalité) est toujours suivi d'un infinitif quand le sujet est le même. Pour deux sujets différents, on utilise 'afin que' + subjonctif.

**⚠️ Piège à éviter :** Ne pas confondre 'écarter' (éliminer une possibilité) avec 'écarter de' (éloigner physiquement). Ici, 'écarter toute pathologie' signifie 'exclure toute maladie'.
