**Contexte :** À utiliser dans une conversation pour exprimer un regret hypothétique et expliquer la réputation d'un restaurant à quelqu'un qui ne l'a pas encore visité.

**Note de grammaire :** Point : concordance des temps avec 'si'. Explication : après 'si' + plus-que-parfait ('aviez goûté'), on utilise le conditionnel présent ('comprendriez') dans la principale pour exprimer une hypothèse irréelle dans le passé avec conséquence au présent.

**⚠️ Piège à éviter :** Ne pas mettre de conditionnel après 'si'. On dit 'si vous aviez goûté' (plus-que-parfait) et jamais 'si vous auriez goûté'. C'est une erreur très courante.

**Structure :** Hypothèse irréelle au passé (si + plus-que-parfait)
